The MC1250 shoots one fireball when the input (the "clock") goes from low to high. MC1251, on the other hand, shoots a barrage of five fireballs at once.
Warning: An excessive number of fireballs causes severe network lag for those in the general region of the arrows. This problem is more prevalent for MC1251 because this IC only shoots one fireball where as MC1251 shoots five. Fireballs are removed after hitting a block.
