The MC1240 shoots one arrow when the input (the "clock") goes from low to high. MC1241, on the other hand, shoots a barrage of five arrows at once.
Warning: An excessive number of arrows causes severe network lag for those in the general region of the arrows. This problem is more prevalent for MC1241 because this IC only shoots one arrow where as MC1241 shoots five. Arrows are removed automatically after some time.
