Prerequirements

Bukkit

Make sure that you have installed and setup Bukkit correctly.
In case of the server version check if something like the following appears at startup

[INFO] This server is running Craftbukkit version git-Bukkit-0.0.0-700-gf3ae4c3-b733jnks (MC: 1.5_02)

WorldEdit

WorldEdit.jar[s] are in the plugins folder and something like the following appears at (server) startup:

[INFO] WorldEdit 4.4 enabled

Apply the CraftBook Plugin

Drop all of the .jar files (downloaded before) into your minecraft_server/plugins folder.
So that it looks like this way:

$ ls plugins/
CraftBookCircuits      CraftBookCommon  CraftBookMechanisms      craftscripts  WorldEdit.jar
CraftBookCircuits.jar  CraftBook.jar    CraftBookMechanisms.jar  WorldEdit

Finalizing

Restart your server. You should get a Message like this:

[INFO] WorldEdit 4.4 enabled.
[INFO] WorldEdit: Permissions plugin detected! Using Permissions plugin for permissions.
[INFO] CraftBookMechanisms 3.0-alpha2 enabled.
[INFO] CraftBookMechanisms: Permissions plugin detected! Using Permissions plugin for permission
[INFO] CraftBookCircuits 3.0-alpha2 enabled.
[INFO] CraftBookCircuits: Permissions plugin detected! Using Permissions plugin for permissions.
[INFO] CraftBookCircuits: Permissions plugin detected! Using Permissions plugin for permissions.
[INFO] CraftBookCommon 3.0-alpha2 enabled.
